Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. This applies to cigarettes as well as e-cigarettes, shishas or any other smoking products – regardless of the room or window. In case of violation, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning and penalty fee of €250. In addition, immediate termination of the right to stay may follow – with no claim to a refund of payments already made. We kindly ask you to be considerate of future guests and the apartment's furnishings. Thank you for your understanding!

Damage to the property

- Please report the damage to us immediately so we can react quickly and prevent further damage.
- If damage is only discovered after your departure, we reserve the right to invoice it afterwards.
- Unreported damage is considered gross negligence and may be charged in full.
